About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Officer to join our Partnerships & Support Services team, supporting the delivery of the Crisis Resilience Fund (CRF). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that strengthen community resilience, improve access to support services, and enhance outcomes for residents.

In this role, you will coordinate and deliver a range of project activities, from awareness-raising initiatives to consultation events, while ensuring strong governance, consistent monitoring, and effective stakeholder engagement. You will work collaboratively across Council services, voluntary and community organisations, and partner agencies to drive meaningful and sustainable change.

What You’ll Need

  • Practical experience in a relevant project or business support environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of project processes, systems and databases.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both professionals and non-specialists.
  • Strong ICT skills, including MS Office and database use.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and in line with GDPR.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Experience with government grants is helpful but not essential. xwzovoh
