Working with big name brands, they deliver logistically complex events for delegate numbers in the 1,000s worldwide and are now seeking a strong Pharma / Congress Manager with German language skills to join the team.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in global congresses or other pharmaceutical events ready to take the lead on some exciting global events. This client‑facing role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, planning and delivering a range of international congresses and ancillary meetings for a key account. Strong pharma compliance knowledge and fluent professional German are essential.
About you
Ideally you are already working within an events agency (or brand side in a pharma company) and have experience delivering large‑scale congresses, managing booth logistics, delegate attendance for HCP‑focused events and handling complex logistics for large delegate numbers. Knowledge of industry compliance regulations is key; experience with Cvent for delegate management is preferable. This is a fast‑paced role where you will handle multiple projects simultaneously. xwzovoh You must speak German and English at a fluent level, and the role is remote within the UK.
