Responsible to: Home Manager Reports to: Home Manager MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK (No COS available for this post) We are now looking for a Maintenance Person, full-time, permanent in our Avila Nursing Home, Bessbrook. Join our team as a Maintenance Person where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities – Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance – Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime – Supervise fire drills for staff and coordinate schedules – Uphold safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities -Some light painting and decorating, basic plumbing and gardening skills required. -Must have full UK driving licence.
