A Manufacturing company based outside Dungannon have an opportunity for aFinance & Production Administrator to join their team. Job role: The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment and possess strong Excel skills. A background in accounts/finance and experience using Sage is essential. Key Responsibilities Finance Duties Processing and accurately booking supplier deliveries onto Excel and Sage Updating and posting supplier invoices in a timely manner Maintaining supplier records, including company details, VAT information, and banking details Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Managing purchase orders, ensuring correct authorisation and cost allocation Monitoring and responding to supplier queries via the Accounts Payable inbox Ensuring VAT is correctly applied and recorded Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems for audit compliance Supporting internal and external audits with accurate documentation Updating production output figures to support invoicing accuracy Production Duties Raising client delivery dockets based on production information Maintaining delivery docket registers and tracking their status Updating schedules with delivery docket numbers and issue dates Chasing outstanding signed delivery dockets Issuing copies of delivery documentation to clients as required Ensuring all previous month delivery dockets are distributed promptly Person Specification: Strong Excel skills Experience with Sage accounting software Background in finance/accounts payable High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Skills: accounts payable sage VAT purchase order Benefits: free car parking Paid Holidays company pension…
