Pattern: 5 days per week – to be discussed at interview, rota based Hours: 40 working hours per week, 0800 -1700 Reports to: Production Supervisor/Production Manager Location: Dungannon The Role To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of production by working collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer specifications, achieve production targets, and comply with all company, food safety, and health & safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out daily production tasks to support efficient operations. Work as part of a team to maximise output and meet production targets. Ensure products meet quality, specification, and labelling requirements. Follow GMP, hygiene, and all Health & Safety procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Minimise waste and ensure correct stock handling and rotation. Report issues and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient ways of working. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and core values. Essential Criteria Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) Basic numeracy and literacy skills Experience in a food manufacturing, production, or similar fast-paced environment (e.g. FMCG) Understanding of working to production targets and deadlines Awareness of Food Safety, Quality and Health and Safety Standards Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desirable Criteria Food Safety Level 2 or Level 3 certification Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH or equivalent) Experience preparing for or participating in internal/external audits Experience in machinery start-up checks and basic fault reporting Our Benefits 28 days annual leave Pension Scheme Annual Salary Review Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support Ongoing training and development opportunities Positive, inclusive company culture with regular social events (annual BBQ, Christmas party, employee raffle) Free on-site parking…
