Pattern: 5 days per week – to be discussed at interview, rota based Hours: 40 working hours per week, 0800 -1700 Reports to: Production Supervisor/Production Manager Location: Dungannon The Role To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of production by working collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer specifications, achieve production targets, and comply with all company, food safety, and health & safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out daily production tasks to support efficient operations. Work as part of a team to maximise output and meet production targets. Ensure products meet quality, specification, and labelling requirements. Follow GMP, hygiene, and all Health & Safety procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Minimise waste and ensure correct stock handling and rotation. Report issues and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient ways of working. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and core values.
