Contract Negotiator Role Summary The Contracts Manager is responsible for progressing property sales from agreed sale through to completion, ensuring transactions move efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with all parties. Key Duties Manage sales progression from sale agreed to completion Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, vendors and mortgage advisors Monitor and drive key milestones (mortgage, survey, legal) Resolve issues such as surveys, chains and delays Maintain regular communication with all parties Manage a pipeline of 3050 active sales files Keep CRM records up to date with all activity Essential Skills / Experience Previous experience in estate agency or sales progression desired Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation ability Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Proactive and detail-oriented approach Benefits Competitive salary (dependent on experience) 35 days holiday (including public holidays & Christmas closure) Stable pipeline with strong company support Key role in reducing fall-throughs and driving completions Salary -Depending on experience Location -Holywood Office…
