Depot Manager

Role: Overall management and accountability of the branch In-depth knowledge of all passenger tyres, alignments, punctures, etc. Excellent customer service, with ability to advise and provide solutions Ability to organise and lead team within the car bay Daily stock control (goods in, returns, etc.) Weekly/Monthly reporting Planning of housekeeping duties to include machinery maintenance Ensuring job records are completed fully and accurately for each job Build effective working relationships with colleagues and have a flexible approach to the job From time to time complete other activities that the Operations Manager may require Responsibilities: To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Car/Passenger business within the Lisburn Branch Knowledge & Experience: Managerial/supervisory experience within a retail environment is desirable Previous tyre fitting experience is essential Superior tyre product knowledge required Systematic and organized, with exceptional attention to detail Excellent customer service skills A full, valid and clean driving license Requirements: Committed to providing first class customer service Ability to communicate well at all levels Willingness to work as part of a team, as well as be a self-starter Skills: Depot Management Stock Control Tyre fitting Cash Handling Benefits: Pension Private Medical…
