IT Support Technician
Location: Brighton & Hove, Sussex Salary: Up to £30,000 + benefits Hours: Full-time — Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and customers (hardware, software, and system queries)
- Handle product and application questions both pre- and post-sale
- Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
- Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and documentation
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in engineering, IT, or computer-based systems
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing support
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
