Job Description:

This global, professional charitable organisation is seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant to join their team, based in modern and bright offices in Stratford-upon-Avon.

35 hour week, potential of hybrid working (2 days per week) after successful probationary period) + 8% cont pension + private Medical insurance + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthdays off + other perks.

This is a brand new role, and the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role also acts as a key point of contact for data protection matters, while supporting projects, business objectives, and key communications across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, scheduling and coordinating meetings, organising travel and accommodation, and preparing briefing papers and documentation.

  • Undertake project work, including carrying out independent research.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

  • Support the Corporate Management Team in monitoring organisational objectives, ensuring targets and project initiatives are tracked and deadlines are met.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.

The Successful Executive Assistant will have:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

  • Proven recent experience supporting senior executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with competing priorities.

Personal Attributes of the Executive Assistant:-

  • Proven experience of diary management, scheduling meetings and organising travel.

  • Proven experience of project management, including carrying out independent research.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Excellent MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
