Machine Operator

All Square Recruitment is seeking a Machine Operator to join a reputable client in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for consistent full-time work within a large, supportive warehouse environment.

Initial training – 8:30am till 5pm (1 to 2 Weeks)

Shift Pattern – 6am till 2pm / 2pm till 10pm (Weekly rotating)

As a key member of the operations team, your responsibilities will include:

• Machine Operation: Operating machinery to produce precise products
• Quality Checking: Working to specifications and ensuring a high quality finish.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside a friendly, fast-paced team to meet daily distribution targets.
