- Salary: 82.62 – 109.07 per day
- Contract: Full-time, ongoing position
- Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
Teaching Assistant Role
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in a friendly and welcoming Primary School in Walsall. This position will primarily support a Key Stage 1 class, assisting the class teacher and providing focused support to pupils who may require additional academic or emotional guidance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to make a real difference in the classroom and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience supporting pupils in a UK Primary School setting, ideally in Years 1-4
- Strong knowledge of KS1 curriculum and Year 2 experience preferred
- Ability to build nurturing relationships with children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
