- Qualifications within Engineering or Mechanics at college or university level would be advantageous but not essential
- Possess excellent attention to detail and a meticulousway of thinking
- Keen and eager to learn and develop within a new role
- Previousexperience within a facotry or workshop setting is essential
This Trainee Factory Operative rolewill include:
- Working with a range of products
- Learning the full shot peen process
- Operating various machinery
- Full on-the-job training
