Junior Revit Technician (MEP) Location: Aldgate, London Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Paid
A leading London-based building services contractor is looking to add a Junior Revit Technician to its growing team in Aldgate, London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2 years’ experience using Revit who is looking to develop their career within the MEP sector and gain exposure to high-profile commercial fit-out projects across London.
The company is recognised as one of the capital’s top contractors within the commercial fit-out market, delivering high-quality building services solutions across a wide range of fast-paced and technically challenging projects.
This role would suit someone who already has MEP Revit experience or a Revit Technician from another discipline who is eager to learn and develop within MEP.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and developing Revit models and coordinated drawings for MEP building services projects
- Assisting with clash detection and coordination alongside design and project teams
- Supporting senior technicians and engineers with model development and drawing production
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring models meet required standards
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants
Requirements
- Around 2 years’ experience using Revit in a professional environment
- Ideally some exposure to MEP / Building Services, though candidates eager to move into this sector will also be considered
- Understanding of BIM processes and model coordination
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be fully eligible to work in the UK
