£30,000 – £45,000 per annum plus £10,000 bonus

Our client is looking for a high-impact Contact Centre Team Manager to lead an outbound calling team of around 20 Advisors within a fast-paced, high-energy contact centre in the North West. This role is for a true people leader, someone who leads from the front, coaches relentlessly, and acts as the heartbeat of the floor, driving performance while developing and inspiring their team.

The Role:

  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of circa 20 Outbound Contact Centre Advisors.
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets standards and drives results.
  • Use strong coaching to improve performance, capability and engagement.
  • Manage KPIs while maintaining a positive, high-energy team culture.
  • Identify and develop talent, supporting internal progression.
