Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 5+ PQE to join their flourishing London, City outfit.
The Corporate & Commercial team are looking for a knowledgeable and competent Associate to assist in driving forward the department and servicing their high-quality client base. This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced and reputable team; you will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to develop your knowledge and progress further.
This firm is established in all departments; however, the Corporate & Commercial department is unquestionably exciting at this moment. The Corporate & Commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to establishing businesses, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and more.
