Intellectual Property Associate (4-7 PQE) | Leading Law Firm | West End, London The Firm & Opportunity A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property / Trade Marks Associate (4-7 years PQE) to join its established Intellectual Property team. This firm has a strong reputation for advising high-profile clients on brand protection, trade mark strategy, and intellectual property enforcement, offering excellent exposure to top-tier work.

The Role The successful candidate will handle a varied and complex caseload, including:
Advising on trade mark and design availability, registration, and portfolio managementDeveloping trade mark enforcement strategies and handling disputesManaging UK and international trade mark filingsDrafting and negotiating trade mark-related agreementsAdvising on brand protection, licensing, and commercialisationRepresenting clients in trade mark proceedings where necessarySupporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team membersThe Ideal Candidate
Qualified Intellectual Property Solicitor (England & Wales) and/or UK Trade Mark Attorney4-7 years’ PQE in IP / trade mark law, ideally within a leading London practiceStrong technical expertise and commercial acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a busy and varied workload with a high level of accuracyA proactive, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsWhat’s on Offer
