Job Description:Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of NHS partnership projects, ensuring actions, decisions, milestones, and risks are tracked and managed efficiently. Maintain project documentation, governance records, and compliance logs to support operational excellence and audit readiness. Lead internal meeting coordination, including scheduling, action tracking, and progress reporting across project workstreams. Support approval workflows and compliance checks for both non‑promotional and promotional activities, ensuring adherence to the ABPI Code and internal policies. Manage timelines and collaboration for access‑related promotional projects, ensuring materials progress smoothly through review and approval processes. Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Experience in project coordination-ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or NHS environments. Understanding of NHS policy and/or the ABPI Code. Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders without direct authority.
