Project Manager – UK Market Access

Location: Maidenhead/Remote (hybrid) Duration: 6 months initial Rate: circa £500 per day (negotiable)

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the operational delivery of NHS partnership projects and access‑related promotional initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring high‑quality project execution, strong governance, and effective cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of NHS partnership projects, ensuring actions, decisions, milestones, and risks are tracked and managed efficiently.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance records, and compliance logs to support operational excellence and audit readiness.
  • Lead internal meeting coordination, including scheduling, action tracking, and progress reporting across project workstreams.
  • Support approval workflows and compliance checks for both non‑promotional and promotional activities, ensuring adherence to the ABPI Code and internal policies.
  • Manage timelines and collaboration for access‑related promotional projects, ensuring materials progress smoothly through review and approval processes.
  • Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination-ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or NHS environments.
  • Understanding of NHS policy and/or the ABPI Code.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders without direct authority.
