The successful candidate will have a proven track record as aChefand will be able to work Immediately on a flexible basis.Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00am to 15:00pm
• Contract type -Temp to perm
• Immediatestart

IMPORTANT Please only apply if you can attend the days and times above and have a Level 2 Food and Hygiene CertificateRequirements:NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate Level 2Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately measuring ingredients to support the chef de partie
• Preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping produce, and seasoning various meats
• Assisting in the preparation of basic salads and sauces according to the chef de parties instructions
• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure all items are complete and meet quality standards
• Monitoring inventory levels and informing the supervisor when supplies are running xwzovoh low
• Safely discarding expired or spoiled food from storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers
• Maintaining clean, organised, and fully sanitised workstations
• Ensuring all prepared dishes are presented to the required standard as directed by the chef de partie
