Since launching just over three years ago, the team has established itself as a trusted advisor to leading investors, developers, and corporates across Europe. Delivering a range of M&A and debt advisory mandates, the team operates across energy transition and all infrastructure sectors.
With a strong pipeline of live transactions, the team is looking to appoint a high-calibre Senior Analyst to take on meaningful responsibility within a lean and entrepreneurial deal team. The growth hire will play a key role in the execution of complex transactions, closely interact with senior bankers and clients. Our client offers strong deal flow, competitive compensation, and clear long-term career progression within a high-performing boutique platform.
Interested candidates should:
- Currently be operating at Analyst 2 or Analyst 3 (or equivalent) level within an M&A and/or Debt Advisory team at a well-regarded investment bank, advisory firm, or infrastructure platform
- Have a strong understanding of the infrastructure and/or renewable energy sector
- Possess advanced financial modelling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
- Demonstrate excellent communication xwzovoh and presentation skills; fluency in another European language is desirable
- Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline from a highly regarded university
- Be motivated to join a growing and well-regarded boutique investment banking team
