We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service supporting over 40 private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that is expanding rapidly, with real potential for career progression as the branch continues to grow.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. You will be supported by an established Deputy Manager and a dedicated office and care team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the care and office teams
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and preparing the service for inspection
  • Promoting a positive, open, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Overseeing recruitment, supervision, and staff development
  • Building strong relationships with carers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Maintaining high standards of care delivery and safeguarding
  • Supporting the on-call rota approximately once per week (£150 per on-call)

About You

Essential:

  • Experience within domiciliary care
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations

Desirable:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
  • Experience leading a service through xwzovoh CQC inspection
  • Budget management experience
