We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a busy, well-established family-run independent garage based in Brighouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician seeking a stable, long-term position within a friendly, supportive, and professional workshop environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of workmanship while delivering quality service across a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately
• Perform repairs and part replacements to a high standard
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any additional work required
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Minimum of 23 years experience as a Vehicle Technician xwzovoh or Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
• Every other Saturday: 8:30am 12:30pm

Salary

• £25,000 £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
