- Full end‑to‑end asset management across a defined portfolio, operating with confidence and independence while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Leading on all landlord & tenant matters: new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, sub‑lettings, arrears management, repairs, refurbishments, surrenders and forfeitures.
- Managing external property managers and coordinating a broad range of professional advisers, including solicitors, agents, surveyors and environmental specialists.
- Regular involvement in asset valuations, monitoring capital and rental performance, and engaging in the monthly external revaluation process.
- Driving active asset management initiatives and maintaining comprehensive records of actions and financial impacts.
