You’ll own the roadmap for a core trading platform, translating complex requirements into clear specs and user stories. Working closely with engineering, you’ll drive sprint cadence, guide technical decisions, and ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and execution‑strong. This role is hands‑on, delivery‑focused, and central to improving how traders interact with the product.
About You
You’ve worked directly with engineering teams, understand agile delivery, and know how to break down technical requirements. You’re structured, curious, proactive, and comfortable working in environments where ownership and urgency matter. Experience with trading, brokerage, or execution systems is a major advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems
- Background in CFD, spread betting, trading, or investment products
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar
- Experience running or co‑running sprints
