As Assistant Director of AMPS, you will provide visible, values-driven leadership across the organisation’s corporate, education and rural estate, and ensure they are safe, compliant, efficient and ready to support services and communities for years to come.
You will lead the development and delivery of a long-term asset strategy, oversee major capital programmes, and act as a trusted advisor to Members, Cabinet and senior leaders. Skilled at navigating complexity, building strong relationships and taking people with you, you will balance strategic vision with operational grip to deliver a resilient, future-ready estate.
