You will primarily be based at head office, with travel to the field as required, along with occasional opportunities to work from home depending on business needs.In this role, you will lead the engineering team from a technical perspective. You will act as the main escalation point for complex service issues, support Area Managers and engineers, and help improve quality and performance across the business.
