Assistant Education Quality Manager
£35,000 – £38,000 per annum

Location:Boston, PE22
The successful candidate will:
Design and deliver , monitor training programmes
Provide support to prison-based Quality Education Manager, and champion high-quality teaching and learning within a learning environment.
Conduct audits, leading the instructional coaching observation cycle, regularly reviewing quality or training, delivery and educational improvement plans
Maintain clear, effective communication across all teams to ensure consistent learning and quality assurance.
You will receive:
