What Youll Do:
- Manage the daily operations of the branch, including rostering and care coordination
- Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks to maintain high-quality standards
- Support and mentor the care team, assist with recruitment and inductions
- Ensure all compliance and CQC requirements are met
- Participate in the on-call rota to provide support outside of normal hours
What Were Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience in domiciliary care as a Care Coordinator, Field Supervisor, or Senior Carer
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 study funded)
- Excellent organisational and IT skills, understanding of CQC regulations
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ambitious, motivated, and looking xwzovoh to progress to Registered Manager
