Why Costa
- £14.75–£15.75 per hour. For hours worked between 11pm – 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £13.75-14.75. (location dependent) *

- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well
Who you are
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Energetic, positive and confident leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
- Confident working in a small team of two on shift
- 18 years or over due to the element of night working
