Your RolePerform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times. RequirementsPrevious admin or office experience.Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
