Internal Sales AdministratorLocation: Southam Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 Hours:Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pmFriday: 8:30am – 4:00pm Benefits: Free on‑site parkingAre you an organised, customer‑focused individual who thrives in a busy office environment? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Internal Sales Administrator.You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting the sales process and ensuring efficient, accurate administration.What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Support & Sales AdministrationActing as the first point of contact for all customer enquiriesResponding promptly to calls and emails with a friendly, professional mannerLogging enquiries onto the internal databasePreparing and registering quotations and ensuring customers receive themAssisting with processing sales orders, despatches and customer invoicingEnsuring customer delivery requirements and confirmed dates are metTracking and following up quotationsDocumentation & RecordsPreparing export documentation for UK and overseas shipmentsRaising internal works instructions and Bills of MaterialsMaintaining accurate customer records and filing systemsProcessing customer returnsPreparing certificates (test, conformity, and origin)Sales, Supplier & Marketing SupportLiaising with suppliers for pricing and delivery informationProviding basic technical support to customers and external personnelAssisting with marketing activities, website updates and exhibitionsProviding office cover for colleagues during holidays or absenceGeneral AdministrationManaging general office duties including filing and incoming postMaintaining excellent housekeeping and adhering to data‑protection standardsParticipating in training to maintain and develop skillsWhat We’re Looking ForExcellent communication and customer service skillsFriendly, confident and professional mannerStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksGood typing, data‑processing and administration abilityCompetent with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Sage (desirable)Previous sales administration or customer service experience (desirable)A proactive mindset and willingness to learnWhy You’ll Love This RoleA diverse and engaging role with lots of varietySupportive team environmentOpportunities to develop sales and customer service skillsEarly finish every FridayFree on‑site parking in a convenient Southam location …
