Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for someone who can lead a team of testers, collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintain rigorous testing standards. You will take ownership of test reporting, progress tracking, and final quality decisions, ensuring that testing outcomes support continuous improvement and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and define the scope of testing. Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans, including test types, tools, and environments. Estimate the time, resources, and budget required for testing activities. Set up and maintain appropriate test environments. Assign testing tasks to team members and track progress. Oversee testers’ work, consolidate results, and ensure issues are logged and addressed. Communicate testing progress and changes to clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present final test reports and recommendations. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven experience in IT test management or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks (preferred). Experience with test management and planning tools such as (beneficial).
