Depending on your experience, this opportunity would take a junior 1+ and a 2+ PQE. Experience in loan documentation, regulatory compliance and DD.
Responsibilities
- Work on leveraged finance deals at a top-tier London practice, involved from the start and at the table on premier transactions.
- Contribute to loan documentation, regulatory compliance and due diligence (DD) as part of deal execution.
- Collaborate with a smaller, focused finance team in a dynamic environment aimed at career progression.
Qualifications
- Junior to mid-level corporate finance solicitor with 1+ to 2+ PQE.
- Experience in loan documentation, regulatory compliance and due diligence (DD).
- Based in or willing to work in the City of London.
