• To provide administrative and technical support to the National Policy Department in respect of its specialist grades functions, including transport policy, political and international campaigns, health and safety, equalities, employment rights and pensions.
• Assisting in developing pay submissions templates for employers, liaising with national and regional officers as appropriate.
