This is a hands-on, full-time, permanent role with full training provided — perfect for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.You’ll start in the production workshop, learning how to manufacture the product. As your training progresses, you’ll move into the installation side, fitting our products on-site at client locations across the region (and sometimes nationwide).This role offers long-term stability, structured training, and the opportunity to develop valuable trade skills — ideal for someone seeking a practical career with progression. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction:Manufacture the productOperate hand tools, saws, pillar drills, and cutting machinery safelyMaintain high standards of quality and attention to detailInstallation:Install the products in a variety of settings (schools, hospitals, offices, universities, etc.)Work with different building materialsEnsure each job is completed to a high standard and within deadlinesTravel to customer sites (some overnight stays required — allowance provided) Training & Progression: You’ll receive structured training and clear progression steps:0–6 months: Production training and probation6–12 months: Production work + 1 day/week installation12–18 months: Increasing installation work18–24 months: Approx. 2 days/week installation1-year review: Salary and performance review All training, tools, uniform, company van, and insurance are provided.
