Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Warehouse Operatives – Multiple Shifts Available We are currently recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Warehouse Operatives to work within a large, well-established warehouse operation, including duties in the coil bay area. Available Roles Counterbalance FLT Days – Warehouse Operative (3 Positions)Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 offHours: 06:00 – 18:00Pay rate: £13.59 per hourCounterbalance FLT Afternoons – Warehouse Operative (1 Position)Shift pattern: Monday to FridayHours: 14:00 – 22:00Pay rate: £13.59 per hourEssential / Preferred RequirementsIndustry-recognised Counterbalance FLT qualification (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT or equivalent) – strongly preferredWillingness to undertake additional training on a 16 Tonne Counterbalance FLT to obtain a B3 licenceAbility to work in the coil bay area on a rota basisPrevious experience operating Counterbalance FLTs in an industrial or warehouse environment is highly desirableA strong focus on health & safety at all timesCandidates who already hold a valid B3 licence will be at a clear advantage. Site Visit Opportunity Candidates who have previously attended site but have not visited the coil bay area may request a return visit.
