We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the Occupier Fit Out sector to join our expanding team in Central London. The role involves leading and delivering Project Management commissions for high‑profile clients across various sectors, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Help establish overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Ensure appropriate line managers are aware of quality, safety, health and environmental issues
- Set up effective project governance, processes and systems
- Plan projects, producing detailed project plans
- Advise on procurement of resources
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross‑functional project team
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques
- Manage the change control process
- Monitor and advise on project finances
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports
- Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages
Qualifications
- Degree level education
- Construction or property related academic qualification (the degree can satisfy this)
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture is desirable
- Experience delivering CAT A & B projects
- Experience with tall buildings
- Delivered schemes in excess of 30,000 sq ft
- Project Management experience in a consultancy is preferred
