Senior Test Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

The Role

As part of a wider HR systems transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems across the testing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing various testing activities including Functional, Unit, Data Migration, Regression, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practice
• Creating and maintaining test documentation, including business scenarios, test scripts and test summary reports
• Supporting the Test Manager with project coordination and reporting
• Identifying, logging and tracking defects using ALM/SharePoint defect management tools
• Coordinating and supporting business testing across the software development lifecycle

Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Strong SAP SuccessFactors testing experience, including hands-on knowledge of:

• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Employee Central
• Employee Central Payroll
• Experience with Workforce Time & Attendance applications (or similar systems)
• Experience conducting Data Migration testing from source to target systems
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent
• Significant experience working as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments
• A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving xwzovoh and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues clearly to stakeholders and project teams
• Understanding of SAP integrations
• Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
