• Set up and manage project cost control and reporting
• Track project spend against budgets and forecasts
• Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 or similar)
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and key dates
• Identify and report cost and schedule risks or issues early
• Support change control by assessing cost and time impacts
• Prepare clear reports for senior management and board-level review
• Work with project managers, contractors, and consultants to validate cost and schedule data

Experience – Project Controls

• Proven experience in project controls, cost control, or project planning
• Background in construction, infrastructure, energy, or project delivery
• Strong experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software xwzovoh
• Experience producing senior management or board-level reports
• Good understanding of capital project delivery
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
