This is a regional Service Manager position responsible for overseeing a team of around 12 field service engineers across London and the South East. You will manage service delivery, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while working closely with senior management. The Role:

- Coaching, mentoring and performance management of engineers
- Ensuring service KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction are met
- Liaising with customers, internal departments and senior leadership
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience leading a team of service engineers
- Previous hands on technical experience
- Single and Three phase knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
