THE ROLE
This is a hands-on growth role at the centre of our digital performance.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will help drive day-to-day performance across paid, owned and ecommerce channels — supporting new customer acquisition, scaling budgets responsibly and improving CAC and ROI.
A key focus of this role is accelerating subscription growth. You will help optimise the journey from first purchase to subscription conversion, supporting sustainable subscriber acquisition and improving subscriber lifetime value. Growing active subscribers will be a core measure of success.
Working closely with the CMO and agency partners, you’ll contribute to acquisition strategy, manage campaign performance and drive ongoing testing and optimisation. You’ll combine data, insight and creativity to improve results and uncover new opportunities.
You will oversee cross-channel execution across Meta, Google, TikTok and other key acquisition channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and learnings are acted upon.
This role offers real ownership within a supportive structure, with clear progression as the business continues to grow.

- Delivering consistent creative testing and optimisation across key channels
- Improving reporting and attribution clarity to support better decision-making

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of acquisition strategy across key digital channels
- Manage agency partners across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Monitor performance, budgets and forecasts to ensure targets are achieved
- Drive creative testing and iteration across paid social and search
- Support the development of UGC and affiliate strategies to improve performance and reach
- Work with internal teams to improve the customer journey from lead capture to first purchase and subscription
- Contribute to improving attribution and reporting processes
- Test landing pages, offers and audiences to unlock incremental growth
- Deliver clear performance reporting and actionable insights
- Build strong relationships with agencies and brand partners
WHAT xwzovoh WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketing within a DTC consumer brand (subscription experience a bonus)
- Experience managing paid acquisition across Meta and Google
- Ideally experience working within a subscription-based business model
- Comfortable working with agencies and managing performance against CAC targets
- Shopify experience
- Commercially aware and confident working with data, reporting and Excel
- Good creative judgement and understanding of performance-driven content
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROI and attribution fundamentals
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for health and desire to grow within a scaling brand
