This is a pivotal role offering the chance to manage your own client portfolio, support senior leadership, and play a key part in the continued development of the function.This is a specialist, non-administrative position, suited to an experienced governance professional looking to step into a broader, more influential role within a scaling business.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and LLPs, delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services.Key responsibilities include:Managing company formations and LLP incorporationsSupporting corporate restructures and reorganisationsMaintaining statutory registers and company recordsPreparing and submitting Confirmation Statements and statutory filingsDrafting board minutes, resolutions and governance documentationManaging day-to-day company secretarial matters including director changes and registered office updatesConducting Companies House searches and ensuring complianceSupporting the Governance Manager with departmental workload and strategic initiativesSupervising and developing junior team members and traineesAbout YouWe are seeking a confident, technically strong governance professional who can operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. xwzovoh You will have:CGI qualification (essential or close to completion)Proven experience in corporate governance, company secretarial or compliance rolesStrong knowledge of statutory requirements and Companies House processesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholdersExperience using governance systems such as Diligent Entities (desirable)A proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve and use initiativeWhy This Role?Join a private equity-backed firm with a clear and ambitious growth strategyOpportunity to step into a broader, more senior role with real responsibilityExposure to a diverse and growing client portfolioPlay a key role in shaping and developing the governance functionStrong career progression aligned to business growthCollaborative, professional and values-led environment…
