Description
- Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments for various transactions.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Review and analyse financial information, identifying key business drivers and risks.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong background in Transactions Services
- Ideally you will have experience across a variety of sectors but a sector specialist would also be considered
- Experienced in leading engagements and managing a team
Job Offer
- Salary up to £80,000 with a bonus scheme on top, typically 15%-20%.
