Description

• Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments for various transactions.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Review and analyse financial information, identifying key business drivers and risks.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client pitches. xwzovoh
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong background in Transactions Services
• Ideally you will have experience across a variety of sectors but a sector specialist would also be considered
• Experienced in leading engagements and managing a team

Job Offer

• Salary up to £80,000 with a bonus scheme on top, typically 15%-20%.
