- Understanding of commercial insurance policies such as Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined
- Previous experience working within an insurance broking or similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and professional approach with clients
- Ability to respond to client requirements with patience and flexibility
