Account Handler – Event Production (Venues)

A leading live events and AV production company is looking for an Account Manager to manage key venue relationships and deliver high-quality event solutions across London.

• Act as the primary point of contact for approved venues and their clients
• Manage event enquiries, briefs, and proposals from concept to delivery
• Build strong relationships with venues, agencies, caterers, and event partners
• Create creative, commercially viable quotes aligned with client needs and budgets
• Collaborate with internal production, creative, and technical teams
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Ensure smooth delivery by coordinating technical, logistical, and operational requirements

Skills

• Experience in event production, AV, or venue-based account management
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience in quoting, budgeting, and hitting targets
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good understanding of live event production (lighting, sound, video)
