Service : Customer Support Services – Customer Engagement Argyll and Bute Council’s Customer Engagement Team are seeking to fill the role of a Customer Service Agent (face to face) within our busy Customer Service Point located at Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre. This is a permanent post working 25 hours from Monday to Friday each week. The duties of the post include working to support the Customer Service Centre to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to users by providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services, and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures Provide an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers.
