Your responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their homes
- Support with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records and care plans
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Travel to client locations, providing reliable and timely care
- Follow all safeguarding and safety protocols
