Job Title: Community Care Assistant ( unable to offer sponsorship )

Shifts: 8-2 + 4-10

Allowances (monthly) :Car £20 – £60. Unsociable £14 – £45 Hours: 18 + hours per week ( salaried contracts )

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their homes
  • Support with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and care plans
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Travel to client locations, providing reliable and timely care
  • Follow all safeguarding and safety protocols
