BMS Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Commissioning of small systems Fault finding and diagnostics Creating and managing point-to-point lists Working closely with Service Managers Calibrating sensors and valve actuators Liaising with clients and site managers Working on multiple small to medium-sized projects Systems & Protocols: Systems: Tridium, Trend, Centraline, Distech Protocols: Modbus, BACnet, Lon Requirements: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BMS strategy Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning Good knowledge in Tridium, Trend and Centraline products Knowledge of controls automation equipment, e.g.
