Quantity Surveyor – Decarbonisation Team The Johnson Building, London, EC1N 8JS We’re growing our Decarbonisation team at MTVH, and we’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants their work to matter. You’ll help deliver retrofit and energy-efficiency programmes that make our homes warmer, greener, and more affordable for residents. As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be the commercial heartbeat of our decarbonisation projects. Own contractor accounts and ensure accurate reporting and commercial insight· Drive financial efficiency across retrofit programmes and manage budgets confidently· Work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to keep commercial and performance targets on track· Support continuous improvement in how we deliver energy-saving works at scale Experience in planned works / QS / commercial roles· Knowledge of social housing or housing maintenance (client or contractor side)· Strong planning, budgeting, and organisational skills· Confident report writing and ability to interpret financial data· Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint· Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities· To meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete a basic check with the Disclosure and Barring Service once an offer of employment is made.
