Pipe Fitter / Pipefitter

Pipefitter If you are either an experienced Pipefitter or a Commercial Plumber looking for a change of direction within the renewable sector, then this is a fabulous role for you. You will join a well established renewable business and represent them on site across the whole of Southern England as a full time, employed Pipefitter , whilst travelling to and from their Devon head office. You will be provided with your own van and equipment, and there will be a requirement to travel and stay away from home for up to 3-4 nights per week, Mon-Fri. Act as the on-site lead for pipefitting activities, offering guidance, technical expertise, and decision-making support to the project manager Undertake commercial (biomass) boiler installations and project work on a national basis Carry out all installation work adhering fully to all design drawings issued, reporting and documenting any deviations where necessary Undertake risk assessments for all site visits Minimum 5 years experience in commercial plumbing or previous experience in a similar position either as apipefitter. Strong knowledge of tools, systems, and installation techniques specific to commercial settings. NVQ level 2 qualification in Plumbing or equivalent. Full UK Driving License (Essential for field-based travel), combined with the flexibility and desire to stay away from home potentially 3-4 weeknights per week. Ideally youll have some welding experience, and an interest in working in the renewable sector.
