As an Assistant Centre Manager, youll be responsible for: Supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations and workload planning Providing technical support and guidance to technicians where required Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer queries Managing job cards, paperwork, and service documentation accurately Helping to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Youll play a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient workshop while upholding the companys quality and safety standards.
